Anticipating the scope and velocity of the architectural expansion in the United Arab Emirates, A R K Architects & Engineering Consultant LLC was founded in 2023. The company is committed to the enhancement and well-planned growth of the city’s architecture and infrastructure, showing great vision and a sensitive approach to the culture and people of the city.

Our biggest asset is our ability to plan and coordinate every facet of a project’s design and construction, from the creation of initial concepts to the compilation of cost and feasibility analyses. Complete architectural, structural, and service technical drawings are created, together with tender and contract document preparation, obtaining all required regularity authority approvals, construction supervision, and post-construction maintenance planning. In addition to a backup staff of inspectors, cost estimators, and administrators, we have a highly qualified and experienced team of architects, structural, civil, and MEP engineers.
