Contract Award

In order to achieve the goal of manifesting goodwill cooperation at the end of arbitration, claimants or anyone claiming benefits or rights should engage in earnest and conscientious activities to resolve any disagreement or argument that develops into a conflict between contract parties. This can greatly exceed the bounds of reason or moderation, so other solutions to contain disagreements or arguments can be tackled or adopted to resolve them on appropriate platform bases, to compensate the claimants on a final judgment in a legal proceeding. Arrange the contract paperwork in triplicate so that each party can sign them, and place the contract with the winning bid in front of the owner or his representative.
